"First of all, I want to say it was a great trip and the staff was excellent. Nacho & Augusto (Gus) did a phenomenal job making everybody feel at home, along with all the other staff. The pickups and transfers were done perfectly. One of my flights was cancelled, so we arrived about 8 hours later than what we were supposed to. I called and talked to the tracking team, and they rearranged the pickup and everything went perfectly."
